Nordic-style craft coffee roaster in rural Wisconsin, named for the Danish word for 'Northwoods.' Owned by Sheryl Rosa and Ryan Rouse, who grew up in Northern Wisconsin. Roasts small-batch specialty coffee with a Scandinavian light-roast approach and handcrafts syrups with whole ingredients. Operates a dedicated cold coffee production space in Milton, WI.
