Carpenter Gothic church built in 1895 by Icelandic immigrants in Minneota, serving the second-largest Icelandic community in the U.S. Congregation organized in 1887 by pastor Niels Steingrimur Thorkalsson. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 (NRHP #82002986). Features a three-story bell tower with octagonal steeple and Gothic altar.
